    We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website.  However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

    RETURNS/CREDITS

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Returns will be accepted for faulty product only & must be made within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges.

    • There is no restocking fee.
    • When shipping a return, you must include the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # & your packing slip or a copy of your online purchase receipt for proof of purchase.
    • Products must be unused, unlaundered, undamaged, in its original packaging, & in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.
    • M & C will handle the ship carrier pickup for your return.  M & C will also cover the costs of your return shipment.  Please keep records of the return tracking information from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to www.montagueandcapulet.com.
    • Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
    • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
